me of the comfortable mid-20th century, pre-computer
generated yacht designs that were still executed by pencil and drafting paper. A large yacht, Paget is confidently
motoring, casting substantial waves at her bow. She is
optimistic. The restaurant is also optimistic, unencumbered by affectation. The same holds true for her cellar.
