you can order offal.
I practically always celebrate the completion of my Le
Veau d���Or fanfare of culinary delight with a large floating
island complete with a vanilla ice cream chaser. Once
this confection of spun and agitated sugar is consumed,
the delicious vanilla sauce remains, tilted plate in hand,
a sort of end-of-meal soup. After all, Elsie de Wolfe admonished that one should never begin a meal with a
soup as one cannot build a house upon a watery foundation. She said nothing about dousing the end of the
meal with a liquid moat.
My favorite table is directly opposite the nautical painting by Bermuda artist, Stephen Card. It depicts what
appears to be a mid-20th century Fedship, the yacht
Paget. It was owned by Page and Otto Maxfield Marx,
HYLAND
