replaced by the then opposition. Grand Master Mojana

the S.M.O.M. signed an agreement returning the upper
bastions of Fort St. Angelo to the Order, historically
fulfilling Christopher���s original proposal and youthful wish.
As often happens as a result of government change,
motivations, approaches and programs alter. ��
A long time has passed since these events and the
only part, regrettably, realized from our dreams, is that
St. Angelo has remained undeveloped and practically
