For those who crave surf ���n��� turf (read lobster, again, for
me) add a double main course of short rib with cavatelli
pasta, absolutely delicious. In an effort to thoroughly
confound the stomach, begin the entire delightful
culinary rampage with a first course of scrambled egg
with caviar, accessorized with baroque vertical sprigs
of parsley and chives, and a bit of something orange. It
just looks great. You are a czar if only for an evening.
Add Vodka, or in my case, Champagnes from a huge
collection, Veuve Clicquot, Pol Roger or Cristal, will do.
For more tempered friends who might accompany you,
there are equally tasty but less rambunctious dishes such
as seawater soaked chicken. But let���s not go down that
path, however tasty (it���s too healthy) too readily. Stick
to the fare above and you will keep on coming back for
more.
Don���t worry, you���ll have plenty of room for dessert: just
ask for lobster mousse au chocolat, just kidding!
