Fish plates like the saut��ed halibut with parsnip puree and the bronzini
with a fume sauce, side of conch and chorizo quinoa solidify the
island holiday feel. I���d also be doing a disservice not to mention the
exciting cocktail menu which includes a Grey Goose vodka cocktail
with fresh sage leaves, Anjou pear juice and Luxardo Maraschino
cherry liquor, which I like to think of as Luxury in a Glass. H
