Studio of artists Anna Galtarossa and Daniel Gonzales.
The wine, vinegar and other agricultural products of the
Galtarossa family reflects Italys premier role as a purveyor of specialty foods to the world. Eataly in New York
City, Harrods Food Halls in London and Gums department store in Moscow brim over with Italian specialty
goods.
The estate consists of some of Italys most desirable clay
and limestone vineyard parcels. The high yearly sunshine
and moderate climate renders conditions perfect for the
production of Amarone. Complex, concentrated fruit is
ensured by high density planting, encouraging rootstock
with deep vertical penetration.
