Photographer Michael Wolf, whose work focuses primarily on the life of skyscrapers, would have a field-day
peering into these spaces with his lens. Aside from the
great art, at least two of the bathrooms are notable for
their near complete exposure to the outside world. One
of these inside-outside bathrooms contains a sink within
a single piece of under-lit rock crystal. The mirror above
the sink situated in front of massive window panels allows
for bathing in both water and light. Another bathroom
has a sink table that would be produced by Lutyens if he
channeled a modernist sensibility. In these spaces, and
throughout the entire apartment, Bradfield successfully
addresses the challenge posed by transparent design.
