mentioned above, are nail studded, but upholstered in
white with klismos-like stained black legs. The walls again
are black, the multiple French doors hung with long,
stately curtains in a red and white Chinese calligraphic
pattern. The effect is striking, Hollywood meets 1940s
Paris, arguably a golden age for both cities.
