are flown in from Niman Ranch in Northern California. Don't be
surprised if your crab cakes arrive with a spicy Jamaican jerk
sauce, composed of allspice (called "pimento" in Jamaica),
Scotch bonnet peppers, cloves, cinnamon, scallions, nutmeg
and thyme. Roundhill is an opulent yet simple retreat, and its
guest list, since its opening in 1953, has included the dernier
cri in stylish celebrities: Noel Coward, Babe Paley, Cole Porter,
Grace Kelly and Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis. Future Flemings
