The wide breadth of work that comprises Buatta's oeuvre
extends far beyond the world of chintz. He possesses
an uncanny facility to ascertain the exact angle at which
upholstered furniture should be formed. Each sconce,
mirror and chair rail has its proper locale, rendering the
lower or higher room elevations equally, purposefully,
visually pleasing. Color, whether rendered on wallpaper,
painted surfaces or stained floors, ultimately gathers in
synchrony as Buatta design projects are realized.
