succumbed to cancer. In support
of the Breast Cancer Research
Foundation (BCRF) founded by
the late Evelyn Lauder Cindy and
her husband Rob purchased the
diamond and ruby bracelet 'LOVE'
bracelet which Evelyn's husband,
Leonard Lauder, commissioned
for Evelyn during her arduous
period of chemotherapy. One
hundred percent of the proceeds
of the Sotheby's sale accrued to
the foundation.
This fall the spectacular bracelet—
symbolizing the love and support
all cancer patients gain strength
from—will be on display at Holiday
House, a design and decoration
show house on New York's Fifth
Avenue Gold Coast. Leonard
Lauder, Charles and Clo Cohen
and Rob and Cindy Citrone are
Honorary Chairmen. Iris Dankner,
founder of Holiday House and
herself a breast cancer survivor,
and Editor in Chief Christopher
Hyland are Chairmen. H
