For the past few months, I have found myself in the Vail Valley working on a beautiful house perched atop Arrowhead Mountain in Edwards, Colorado. Working in Vail has proved to be a phenomenal creative experience as well as a foodies dream. It has been wonderful hanging out with the locals at their favorite haunts.
