surround an enormous coffee table, and art, including a
golden relief sculpture, adorns the frieze. A magnificent,
finely carved door in wood stained jade green connects
the living room to the rest of the house.
The master bedroom is a simple yet sensuous composition
in saffron orange silk and rosy wood, palatial in scale and
detail. Double height like the living room, the bed is at the
center with long panels of orange silk hung behind, and
