bistro, the restaurant is not clichéd. There is a spirited
atmosphere and a touch of chic, especially the lighting
around the bar. With an excellent wine menu, try the
escargot, scallops, salads and artichoke soup. Blanc
deserves an excellent reputation.
Charmingly, both in the restaurant and in the hotel,
some of the guests personify characters from an Agatha
Christie novel or Ms. Marple together with the young and
hip, part of the city's vibrant design and art community.
