topped by a diamond studded headpiece.
Taking in the fair were Princess Alexandra and Princess Michael
of Kent along with Tom Ford. Also spotted were interior
designers Matthew Patrick Smyth, Ellie Cullman,��Scott Snyder,
Rose Tarlow, Jamie Drake, Alexander Papachristidis, and
collector Audrey Gruss, all of whom serve on the Masterpiece
London American Committee.
For
Masterpiece,
Drake designed an
entire room covered
with Scalamandre
grass cloth and
banked by pilasters
for viewers to see how
a blend of antiques
and contemporary
design
is
an
appealing solution.

Filling the room are
David LaChapelle photographs, Louis Quinze chairs, a LED
chandelier for ��36,000 from Carpenters Workshop Gallery,
18th century English furniture and antique porcelains.
Already, Drake has shopped the fair and snapped up a
magnificent Regency sideboard from Madison Avenue dealer
Kentshire. ���With great carving and immaculate inlay, the
sideboard is destined for a client���s Manhattan dining room,���
says Drake.
