each year. Valletta���s Manuel Theatre is a small classical

Center are sold out. Alberto Pinto has designed a new
outdoor theatre in the ruins of Valletta���s opera house.
Concerts at Ta���ali Sports Center and at Floriana are sold
out. Nightclubs at St. Julians and Sliema are numerous
and diverse in style.
The intensity of popular music concerts is exhilarating.
Hands down, they can be great. Malta has more than its
fair share.
