Henry Buhl tells a great story about Elliott Erwitt's
photograph, taken in Moscow at a trade fair at the height
of the cold war, of Richard Nixon with Nikita Krushchev,
"I like Nixon talking to Kruschhev in Moscow. They were in
a Westinghouse booth. You would think that Nixon, jaw
extended, hand raised, emphatically pressing his index
