does for The Palm Court and all other dining components
at the hotel. panko crusted tuna and jumbo lump crab
cake and the lobster and waffles sandwiches are notable.
Pastry Chef Jasmina Bojic makes masterful chocolate
cupcakes, mascarpone cheesecake and my favorite,
fresh macaroons.
