and constant antithesis. She returned to her roots two years ago after seven
years abroad for studies (Brown University and Luis Irizar Cooking School
in San Sebastian) and is currently working on a Mediterranean food website.
Michael Peraticos: A Greek who studied in Britain, he knows
Athens inside out, having experienced the city and recognized its diversity
from a young age. Currently involved in shipping, Michael lives in the heart
